One Punch Man

After years of hiatus, all eyes are back on One Punch Man, and for a very good reason. Fans have been pleading with the hero to return to the small screen since Saitama concluded Season 2. Earlier this week, manga artist Yusuke Murata angered the fanbase when a harmless post on Twitter sparked something big announced to the soon-to-be fanbase. Finally, One-Punch Man confirmed that a comeback is imminent with One Punch Man Season 3.

One Punch Man has officially revealed that he will be returning for the third season of the T4video in the future! Details about the upcoming season are unfortunately very scarce at the time of the initial announcement, but confirmation of an all-time third season is still a pretty big victory. The second season was a dramatic launch for the fans who fell in love with the first season, and the official website and Twitter issued the announcement:

Following reports that One-Punch Man will be making a major announcement for the future of the franchise, it has been revealed that the third season of the T4video is now in the works. With Season 1 being talent-produced at Studio Madhouse, and Season 2 moving to JC Staff with mixed results, there are many questions about which studio will be addressing Season 3. The second season of the series ended in the summer of 2019, and it was so long ago that it looked like we'd never get a third season.

Now the question remains what this new season will cover. Season 2 kicked off the Monster Guild arc in the Greater Human Monster Saga, and the arc has been so long that the manga recently put this major war to bed. Season 3 could tackle this whole war and end in the middle of it, leaving fans waiting for a possible follow-up. But all is excited to guess until the arrival of the new episodes!

OPM has yet to announce when One Punch Man Season 3 will be released. We will get more updates about OPM Season 3 in early 2023 but don't expect One Punch Man Season 3 to be released anytime soon. The earliest I can see it airing for Season 3 is late 2023.
